Description
Prodigy Real Estate Group desires to hire a Director of Retail Leasing. The position will conduct the leasing of retail properties and will lead the retail leasing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, possesses a very strong work ethic, operates well in a team environment and has a passion for growth. The candidate will report to, and interface with, one of the company’s principals. This is an employee position with benefits and potential for very high income. Compensation will be via base salary and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Lease retail properties on behalf of current property management clients, and other third party clients.
- In tandem with firm principals develop best-in-class procedures and document in an operations manual.
- Pursue new retail leasing business via principal client relationships.
- Pursue new retail leasing business with the candidate’s own relationships and via significant prospecting.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of respective market conditions.
- Where possible refer other business (property management, investment sale etc.) to other Prodigy divisions.
- Contribute with appropriate information to Prodigy databases.
- Provide consistent detailed reporting of marketing activities to clients.
- Lead the retail leasing team via effective hard work and mentorship.

- Must currently have an Illinois real estate broker license.
